Assessments

The SD Science Assessment and the Smarter Balance Assessments will be given beginning April 3.

The Science will be given to Juniors, 8th grade, and 5th grade on April 3, 4, 5.  Smarter Balance will follow the science for grades 3-8, 11.

Please make sure your students are well-rested and in school for the testing days. Here are the scheduled days for each grade:

3rd: April 9-11

4th: April 12, 13, 16

5th: April 17-19

6th: April 23-25

7th and 8th: April 17-19

11th: April 18, 20

All testing will begin at 8:25 AM and continue no later then 11:30 AM.  Changes may be made in the schedule as needed by the assessment coordinator.
