b.      South Dakota Retirement System has a Board opening for a current school board member for the South Dakota Retirement Board of Trustees (petition must be completed and into Rob Wylie’s office by February 23, 2016.

c.       Reminder that first day of school for students in January is 1/5/16

A.      Motion to Offer/Accept Contract with Megan Svatos for High School English position for 2nd Semester 2015-16 school year for $20,000 for salary and incentives

B.      Motion to Offer/Accept contract to Rebecca Hall for Yearbook Advisor for the 2015-16 school year

C.      Motion to Offer/Accept contract to Quinton Cermak for Golf Coach for the 2015/16 school year

D.      Motion to increase minimum wage for certified subs 

IX.                January Meeting (Monday, January 11 , 2016 at 7:00 PM)

A.      I would recommend moving the meeting to Wednesday January 13, 2015 @ 5:00 PM.   Motion is needed if there is a change.

X.                  Motion to enter into Executive Session for Student Matter SDCL 1-25-2 (2)
